AI that earns
its keep on the tools.

We help custom residential builders use AI to improve their sales process, quote faster, drown in less paperwork, and stop letting leads go cold — explained in plain English, by someone who has built websites and marketing for builders for 20 years.

See how it works

Where the hours go

Where your week actually goes

Most builders I meet aren’t short on work — they’re short on hours. The jobs get built. It’s everything around them that eats the evenings.

Quotes

Estimates out the door in half the time

Admin

Invoices, emails and the paper trail

Paperwork

Compliance, docs and the endless forms

Leads

Follow-ups that never fall through

The difference

Why builders work with me

No jargon, ever

You won’t hear “large language model” or “workflow orchestration” out of me. We talk about the job in front of you — the quote that took all Sunday, the invoices stacking up — and where a tool can take that off your plate. If I can’t explain it at smoko, it’s not worth doing.

Built around your tools

You’ve already got a way of working — the spreadsheet, the accounting software, the group chat. I don’t rip that out. I find the small, safe places AI slots in around what you already use, so it feels like less work on day one, not a whole new system to learn.

Experience counts

Twenty years in and around the building industry — on job sites, photographing projects, building websites for builders. I know what a variation is, what chasing a deposit feels like, when cash flow makes things tough and puts the pressure on.

Process

How it works

No big-bang overhaul. We start small, prove it saves you time, then build from there.

Step 01

The audit

A relaxed session looking at how your business really runs. Together we map where the hours leak and where AI could safely claw them back. You get a build plan — no obligation to do anything with it.

Step 02

The plan

We pick one or two quick wins — the stuff that’s costing you the most time for the least reason — and I lay out exactly what changes, what it costs, and what you’ll get back. You decide what’s worth doing.

Step 03

The rollout

We set it up together online, sit with you and/or the team until it sticks, and stay on hand for the questions that come up once it’s live. When it’s humming, we look at what’s next — or you carry on solo.

Good fit

Is this you?

I work best with small residential builders who’d rather be building than buried in the office.

Who you’d be working with

Twenty years around the trade, not the tech scene.

I’m not a tech company that discovered construction last year. I’ve been working with builders for two decades — and Kennedy AI is what happens when that world meets tools that can genuinely take work off your plate.

My work in construction started with cameras and websites. For years I have been photographing finished builds — the extensions, the new homes, the fit-outs — and built the websites that showed them off. It meant sitting down with a lot of builders, in a lot of demountable offices, hearing the same frustrations over and over.

It was never the building that stressed people out. It was the quote that swallowed a Sunday. The invoices that piled up until someone’s partner chased them. The lead that went cold because nobody got back to it for a week. Good businesses, run by good tradespeople, losing hours to the same handful of jobs nobody enjoys.

When AI tools got genuinely useful recently, I saw exactly where they’d fit — because I already knew where the time was going. So Kennedy AI is very simple: I take what these incredibly powerful tools can do and match it to what small builders actually struggle with, in language that makes sense on a job site.

I’m not interested in selling you the most impressive thing. I’m interested in handing you back your evenings.

Principles

How I work

01

Small before big

We start with one thing that’s costing you time, prove it works, and only then look at what’s next. No overhauls, no six-month projects that never land.

02

Honest about fit

If AI won’t help a particular part of your business — or the juice isn’t worth the squeeze — I’ll say so. You’ll never be sold something to hit a number.

03

Plain English, always

Everything gets explained the way I’d explain it to a mate at the pub. If you can’t picture how it helps, we’re not done talking. I’m not some tech genius, i’m certainly not a coder, I’m an enthusiast who’s picked up what AI is capable quickly, put the hours in to learn it quickly and want to help you do the same.

Start with a Kennedy AI Readiness Audit

No cost, no jargon, no pressure. We’ll spend half a day on how your business runs and I’ll show you where AI could hand you back some hours. If there’s nothing worth doing, I’ll tell you that too.
